Mindful Wellness Services was founded in 2015 by Jennifer Fogle. The foundation of Mindful Wellness Services started with the love of pregnancy and birth. Following the birth of Jennifer’s first son in May 2014, she became a Certified Birth Doula – that believed that every women deserves endless support to achieve a positive and gratifying birth experience. With already having a yoga background in hatha and prenatal yoga Jennifer was able to flawlessly incorporate meditation techniques and physical support in the labor process. Through supporting women during this unbelievable transition, Jennifer found the power of touch which led her to enroll in massage therapy school to become a Massage Therapist. Her passion developed appreciation for all bodywork and will be offering several different styles of massage upon graduation. She values continuing education to ensure consistently having the most recent up-to-date information to offer her clients.

Mission Statement

Supporting the journey of women during their childbearing years in a space where peace, education, and healing can take place. The success of Mindful Wellness Services is built on trust, expertise, professionalism, and a personal touch that always puts the health and wellbeing of my clients first.

Philosophy

Mindful Wellness Services’ philosophy stems from the appreciation of the pregnant form of the women’s body. Jennifer sees pregnant women as the most powerful beings that walk this Earth – they are so inspiring in their abilities and their transformations from the birth process. Her passion is built on connecting the mind, body, and spirit through touch, meditation, and cultivating the inner strength of her clients to enhance their well-being through her massage treatments, yoga classes, supporting families in birth and postpartum. Jenn’s goal is to help mothers learn to trust in their beautiful, strong bodies – and to trust in birth.

This is My Story

My name is Jennifer! I am originally from Spokane, Washington, but I have grown to love The City of Trees. The past four years has been absolutely life changing and filled with happiness! I married my best friend! I am always having new adventures with my little guy who is almost 4! And my husband and I just delievered our second son this past April! Both of my labors have been such a transformative experience. This year, I am excited to dive into my career and grow Mindful Wellness Services with my passions in massage therapy, birth work, and yoga.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with my 200-hour certificate and have completed my prenatal yoga teacher training. I am a Certified Birth Doula Certification through DONA International and I am working on my Postpartum Certification through Birth Arts International. I am also enrolled in Massage Therapy School through a local institution Idaho School of Massage Therapy where I will be graduating from the program this month.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to a yoga class and hanging from the side of a cliff rock climbing with my husband (that’s how we met!). Or you can catch me biking around town with my family or rafting down the Payette River! I am always in ‘awe’ of this incredible planet when I backpack through the Sawtooths in the summertime. I believe in healthy and sustainable living. I love mornings listening to vinyls, reading a good book while enjoying a cup of coffee.

I am devoting myself to my dharma, my life’s purpose – the natural law of life’s essence. My experience continues to inspire me to serve in the health and wellness of our community.

So the dream of

Mindful Wellness Services

became a reality.
